Last week we bought EA Grand Slam Tennis 2. That's EA's Move-compatible PlayStation 3 version of their tennis sim, and it is really a lot of fun! I heartily recommend it to fans of Sports Champions who are looking for good motion-controller tennis play.
I've said before that the original Grand Slam Tennis game for the Wii has been one of our favorite motion games (and really the main reason the Wii console is still in use since we got the PlayStation Move.) Grand Slam Tennis 2 for PlayStation is even more fun than its Wii progenitor, at least as far as the motion gaming control is concerned. I've updated the navigation menus at the top of the Sports Champions Wiki, pretty much as I proposed in the forum last month. Let me know what you think.
I know the character menu is limited to just seven entries, and there are ten character avatars. I've read of a trick that allows that limit to be expanded, but I've also read that Wikia is planning to update their menus to have more than one level sometime in the future (they are currently testing it). So, I think I'll let that one sit until the Wikia menu update goes live.
I'd also like to have a menu entry under "Useful Articles" pointing to "unlockable bonus content", but first the article or category needs to be written. (I'm still adding categories to images.)
Comments always welcome!

I know winning the final bonus (11th) round of the fourth champions cup tournament lords the bonus equipment for the master (such as "Frank's Golden Balls" for Bocce and "Titus's Flaming War Ax" for Gladiator Duel). I haven't collected all of those, at least not yet. (And with the video latency on my TV, I doubt I will ever get past the quick shot round of Archery in the Champions Cup final round.)
So, if anyone e…Read more >
